WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE  ACCEPT? 

PayPal and all major credit cards. We can also offer email money transfer to our fellow Canadians.

WHICH CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SOLD IN? 

Canadian dollars, however you can change to your currency of choice at the top right of this page. An approximate exchange rate will be applied for an estimated price in your preferred currency.

ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE A CERTAIN ITEM/SIZE AGAIN?

If your desired item or size is out of stock, please contact us and we will work to facilitate an order and prompt delivery of the item.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ITEMS ARE IN STOCK?

All items shown on the website are in stock unless the product page states that it is out of stock. If the item of your choice is out of stock, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will work to expedite an order and prompt delivery of your desired item.

WILL NEW BRANDS BE ADDED TO THE WEBSITE? IF SO, WHEN?

It is part of our mission to remain abreast of the latest, highest quality products that fit within our business model and to offer them to our clients at the lowest possible price. Contact us if you would like to submit a request for a particular product to be added to our product lineup.

CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER, FOR EXAMPLE, TO HAVE AN ITEM ALTERED TO MY NEEDS? 

Yes! Send us a message and we will do our best to satisfy your needs.

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM TO BUY LATER?

We will happily reserve an item for you for up to 72 hours, if you require us to hold it for a longer period of time, a small deposit may be required. Putting an item in your shopping basket does not reserve it for you. Reserves can be made by sending us a message

WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE KEPT PRIVATE?

We guarantee that all personal data will be kept private and confidential, and that we will never give out any of your information without your authorization.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified, this is usually an almost instant process, if there is an issues we will contact you to inform you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Lit extractions is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by our store. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it. For instructions on how to do this, please contact us.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value, size, weight and destination of your order. Shipments are calculated and processed by Canada Post shipping or UPS.

WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES PAYABLE ON MY PURCHASE?

If buying from outside Canada, Import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.

HOW DO I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

We will email and/or text you the as soon as your order has been dispatched, if shipping was selected that has a tracking service then a tracking number and/or a URL to the tracking page will be sent to you. 

HOW CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE GOODS?

 All orders will be delivered well wrapped and protected, when necessary, a box and stronger packaging will be used which will protect your items and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

 DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship worldwide using multiple couriers, if your looking for a specific courier please let us know by contacting us. 

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Once your payment details have been verified and approved, we will usually be able to send your order using the service you have selected the same day if the order was placed before 5:20pm local time.  

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?I RETURNED AN ITEM. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return has been received by our store and inspected, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

If a cancellation is made before the order is processed, we will refund you through your original payment method, depending on whether we already took payment from your account or not.
If you paid by debit card or PayPal, payment will usually be taken immediately. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will refund you through your original payment method.
If you paid by credit card, payment will usually be taken once your order is approved and ready for shipping. Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may reserve the money, meaning that you can’t use it for a short period. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will simply cancel the transaction and there will be no need to process a refund.

WHEN WILL MY REFUND OR CANCELLATION VALUE BE IN MY ACCOUNT TO SPEND AGAIN?

We aim to process refunds and cancellations as swiftly as possible, and will keep you up to date by e-mail and text. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

WILL CUSTOM DUTIES, SALES TAX OR VAT BE REFUNDED ON A RETURN?

You will be refunded the cost of your order including any VAT or sales tax that were applicable at the time of your purchase, but excluding the original shipping cost and any import duties incurred to receive your order. You may be able to recover import duties for returned items by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item unused and in its packaging then place a new order.
